A good watch except it's not luminous. 10 out of 10 in daylight, 2 out of 10 for night use and that's only because of the light button. Disappointed.

Excellent company to deal with. Ordered 2 watches as i wasn’t sure which one i wanted. Order placed late Friday night. Got emailed Saturday morning to say it was being dispatched and it arrived on Sunday. Cant fault that. Return label was in the box and the royal mail collected in and within 24 hours i had a refund for the watch I decided not to keep. Very happy with the customer service.

Watch came super fast! Literally less than 24hrs over weekend. Watch seems good only used it for 2 runs so far but accurate, big, easy to use.

I found the titanium Garmin watch strap I wanted on First Class Watches a few days after having purchased it elsewhere. It was more than £70 cheaper, so I ordered it, a little apprehensive that it would be a dud or a scam as it was so much cheaper. It wasn't. The delivery was quick and I'll be looking to this company again. Great experience.

I recently upgraded from a Garmin fenix 5X Plus to an Epix Pro Gen2 51mm; my goodness, what a change!!! The display is unbelievably crisp, bright and clear, compared to the Fenix 5X. I debated long and hard about the differences between the Fenix 7X pro and the Apex pro and what swung it was the display, and having lived with it, I’m so glad I did.

The battery life was a consideration, but I figured that, unless you are going away into the woods and hills, away from a socket, for weeks at a time then the display way out weighs the battery life (I have a Garmin 1040 cycle computer which uses solar charging to top up the battery and in the U.K. I usually see on a 6 hr ride in typical British weather about a 5% increase in battery power…… by which time I’m home and I plug it in to charge!!). If you consider that your watch will be on your wrist and under a jacket or soft shell, then I would seriously wonder about the benefits in the U.K.

Absolutely rammed with useful features (the same as the Fenix 7X Pro) which can all be configured and accessed through the Connect App; this watch is a game changer, with a screen that’s out of this world .

Coupled with the customer service of FirstClass watches (and Roland) it’s why I chose the Epix over the 7X

Shopped around and found this to be the cheapest place, ordering was easy and delivery was quick, l bought a Garmin instinct 2x solar and I'm more than happy with me purchase.
