Ordered the new Fenix 8 Pro about 15:00, had it next day before 1pm with no additional charge. Excellent delivery service. Watch same price everywhere else but either a few days delivery or additional charges. No brainer.

Recently bought the Hamilton Pan-Europ. Beautiful watch, very good quality. Excellent customer service experience, good discount, next day delivery. This is the kind of customer service that should be the standard, well done first class watches. I'll be back! 4 stars as the watch strap isn't quite my thing, but easily remedied.

Love the watch. The best price I could find was with first class watches. I’ve now found myself on their website almost every day since debating whether or not to buy the Khaki Murph 38mm too as the price on their sale is so good.
The watch itself is fantastic quality. The only con is the AR. Can’t tell if it has any or not, no where near Tissot standard if it does have it. No other complains. Incredibly comfortable, easy to resize. 3 micro adjustment holes. Great movement for the price. Great build quality. Would buy again if I ever lost the watch.
Only rated 4* instead of 5 for style due to either no AR or lack of AR coating.

My watch was delivered to me promptly, but unfortunately it wasn't exactly the model which I ordered. I returned it in person the following day and was promised a re-order would be placed and delivered ASAP. In just a week's time I received the correct model. Despite the mistake and slight delay of receiving my watch I am appreciative of the efficiency and politeness of FCW in resolving the problem. The beautiful Ball Engineer III Marvelight watch is now on my wrist every day.

Great heritage design. Based on the WW2 Bulova Hack watch the post war A17 variant.
It's well made and has been accurate and one of my go to watches over the 4 years i've owned it.The materials are excellent. It has worn well and only now have i replaced the original leather strap. The Movement has a very light winding rotor which winds the watch with minimal arm movements. it is small wearing on the wrist and is a true Unisex watch. 38mm makes it wear smaller than you imagine. The design of the dial and the lumed numerals is beautiful. It has a real vintage look which i loved about this watch. The lume will last all night and is readable after 6-8 hours in total darkness. At £299 it's a solid, well made watch made from top quality materials. The ion grey case finishing has remained as good as new. The crystal has a few scratches after 4 years but nothing major. accuracy has been good enough +/- 45-60 secs a day. A great watch which i've never regretted buying. History, vintage design ethos that pleases you all the time.

I've had this watch for nearly 3 years. It was a reasonable price back then and has not increased much.
The watch is very attractive. The Blue face is striking and the skeletonisation is very interesting to look at. The Lume is one of the best on any of the some 50 watches i own. The Lume is slightly better than my Omega 300 Seamaster 'Great White', which is saying something. I love the orange sweep hand - it jumps out at you against the teal blue background. The case has worn well in the time i've had it as has the Hardlex glass (no significant scratches yet). The strap can be changed easily as the barrels can be depressed through the open holes in the case! The only things that let this watch down are 1. The rubbish quality of the strap - which is simply awful quality 2. The smoked glass for the exhibition case back- why have an exhibition back and not be able to view the movement? i have had to lightly lube the winder as it started to bind up- apart from this the watch has been a good solid timekeeper! +/- 30 secs a day
