I purchased this watch at a very competitive price of £450 which was considerably cheaper than any other outlet,the watch was received promptly at my local designated post office.Unfortunately on opening the watch box the retaining pin on the strap had come away from the watch lug (as per photo).This wasn’t an issue as I was able to fix it,however when trying to adjust the mesh strap this was more of a problem ! I had to watch a YouTube video on how to adjust the strap as unfortunately there were no instructions (that I was aware of) enclosed.On adjusting the strap it was very fiddly but eventually I was able to sort it.On the plus side the watch is very well made,comfortable to wear,is very accurate & does look,so despite my aforementioned comments I am still delighted with it ! I would have no hesitation in recommending First Class Watches as I have purchased from them before & have always been more than pleased !!

Pretty little watch, seems well made with a robust strap. Didn't seem to want to bind to my phone but after entering the sent codes a few times it did. Getting used to it's functions,but disappointed with the range of sports offered. Was very reasonable so don't expect the earth. Nice to look at.

Was looking to purchase a Ball Engineer Hydrocarbon NEDU watch when I found one in stock at First Class Watches. My existing watch is a Ball Magnate Chronograph which I have owned and worn every day for the last 12 years and It has proved faultless. I obviously wanted to buy from an authorised Ball dealer and the price quoted was extremely competitive.
